Shipping

Domestic shipping within the United States is free for orders of $70 and up. For orders below $70, we charge a flat shipping rate of $8.

International shipping is charged at the carrier rate, and customers are responsible for taxes/duties upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Satchy pieces!

For all orders placed on or after August 5, 2026, we accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To request a return, please email us at hello@satchy.net, and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your store credit.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Orders placed before August 5, 2026 remain eligible for a refund to the original form of payment (minus the $8 return shipping fee), provided the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

For our Mor Reversible Gaucho:

S: 25-28" waist | M: 28-32" waist | L: 32-35" waist

To help determine your size for our Taara & Ulta Pulta tights, you can use these guidelines:

XS-M: 80-170 lbs. | L-XXL: 170 - 300 lbs.

Our scarves and beaded collection are one size.
