Shipping

Domestic shipping within the United States is free for orders of $70 and up. For orders below $70, we charge a flat shipping rate of $8.

International shipping is charged at the carrier rate, and customers are responsible for taxes/duties upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Satchy pieces! We accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email us at hello@satchy.net and we will provide you with a shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a flat rate fee of $8. 

Please note that returned items must be unworn and unwashed. 

We are unable to accept returns on international orders.

Sizing

To help determine your size for our Taara & Ulta Pulta tights, you can use these guidelines:

XS-M: 80-170 lbs. | L-XXL: 170 - 300 lbs.

Our scarves are one size.
